Schedule of Fees to Landlords

Letting Only Service 4.8% inc VAT To include renewals continuations or extensions to be collected in full at the commencemant of the term.
Letting Service + Rent Collection Service 7.2 inc VAT Payable for the duration of and in accordance with the terms of the Tenancy Agreement. i.e.monthly, quarterly, annually.
Letting Service + Rent Collection Service + Property management Service 10.8% inc VAT Payable for the duration of and in accordance with the terms of the Tenancy Agreement. i.e.monthly, quarterly, annually.
Pre-Tenancy and Legal Services Fee £270 inc VAT To verify the offer, process references, collect deposits, prepare Tenancy Agreement.
Additionally
Minimum Letting Fee £600 inc VAT To be collected in full at the commencemant of the term.
Withdrawal by Landlord Equivalent to one week rent + VAT This fee will be charged in the event the landlord withdraws from an agreed letting after the tenant has been referenced and the terms of the tenancy have been agreed.
TDS Deposit Registration £48 inc VAT This fee will be charged for registering new tenancy deposits. A further annual fee of £48.00 incl VAT will apply if then same tenancy subsequently renews for Letting & managed.
DPS Deposit Registration (upon granting the tenancy and any tenancy renewals) £48 inc VAT This fee will be charged for registering new tenancy deposits for Rent Collection & Letting only cases.
Managing of Works costing in excess of £1000 12% inc VAT of total cost Inspection & photographs of major works.
Administer Quarterly & Annual Inland Revenue payment £150 per quarter inc VAT For NON IR approved overseas landlord.
Non Compulsory Fees for Property Management Services

If instructed the following additional fees apply for Property Management Services:

Renewal/Extension Admin Fee £108 inc VAT This fee will be charged for the administration and production of Renewal/Extension documents.
Additional Property Visits £72 inc VAT This fee will be charged for additional visits to the property requested by the Landlord(s) over and above visits included in the agreed property management service.
Dealing with insurance claims in excess of £1000 12% inc VAT of the claim Fee for processing and expediting insurance claims on behalf of the Landlord(s).
Works costing £500 - £999 £72 inc VAT This fee will be charged for each additional visit to the property to inspect and photograph works at the Landlord(s) request.
House Sitting £60 inc VAT for first hour Thereafter £30.00 inc VAT per hour.
Annual Summaries £60 inc VAT Applicable fee, per property, for producing income and expenditure summaries.
Hard copies of Statements £14.40 inc VAT plus postage Applicable fee, per statement, per property.
Forwarding Mail Cost of Postage Stray mail forwarded to the Agent by the Tenant will be sent on to the Landlord and charged at cost of postage. NOTE: The Agent does not provide a mail collection service

Prepare Tenancy Renewal Documents £180 inc VAT
Prepare & Serve Notice for Possession £90 inc VAT
Prepare & Administer Claims Against Deposit £144 inc VAT
Prepare & Administer documents for disputed claims £180 inc VAT
Administer Quarterly Tax Payment to Inland Revenue £150 per quarter inc VAT Rent Collection Service for NON IR approved overseas Landlords.
